Senior Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end financial experience for Core, Plus, and Pro tiers
• Build responsive interfaces and component logic for high-stakes distributions
• Partner across the organization to drive conversion, feature adoption, and retention
• Leverage AI-forward development environments to rapidly prototype concepts
• Implement fluid interactions and data visualizations using React and TypeScript
• Drive the evolution of the Pro product through scalable components and views
• Elevate the core design system into a robust, accessible, and reusable code library

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building products in B2B, Fintech, or high-growth tech-enabled services
• Technical fluency in React, TypeScript, and CSS-in-JS architectures
• Advanced proficiency in using AI development tools for functional prototyping
• Strong understanding of financial data flows, accounting logic, and revenue splits
• Proven track record of translating ambiguous requirements into high-fidelity web and mobile solutions
