Senior Design & Application Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers to design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art control and automation solutions.
• Design, configure, integrate, and implement process control solutions for various industries.
• Develop P&IDs, loop descriptions, User Requirement Specifications, and software/hardware design specifications.
• Design, write, implement, test, and document PLC, DCS, and HMI software.
• Develop electrical and control panel schematics and specify process instrumentation and electrical components.
• Manage project timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Oversee on-site installation, testing, and start-up of control systems.
• Provide technical direction, mentorship, and training to operators and engineers.

Requirements

• B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics from a recognized institute.
• 7–8 years of practical experience as an Automation Engineer or Lead Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of process control automation systems including DCS, PLC, SCADA, and Field Instrumentation.
• Proven experience in implementing automation/electrical solutions and writing software code.
• Expertise in all project phases: Requirements, Design, Implementation, Integration, Testing, and Startup.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
