Responsibilities

• Onboard, retain, and grow customer accounts, specifically leading the onboarding of new cities.
• Own the customer relationship with cities, serving as a trusted advisor to executive and senior leadership.
• Build customer success processes and playbooks to set the standard for excellent customer experience.
• Synthesize and prioritize learnings cross-functionally to shape product and business decisions.
• Join sales pursuits for enterprise clients as an implementation and product expert.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Customer Success at a tech company, startup, top consulting firm, or finance firm.
• 2+ years of experience managing enterprise-level clients (large corporate or government).
• Strong client-services experience with the ability to manage senior stakeholders under pressure.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple complex projects.
• Strategic problem-solving skills using a first principles approach.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a scrappy, resourceful mindset.
