Senior Demo Gear Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage the demo gear request process, including equipment availability, reservation, and shipment tracking for customers and tradeshows
• Oversee the Bailment Agreement process and maintain the Master Bailment Agreement tracker
• Monitor return dates for demo gear, issue delinquent notices, and track return shipments
• Maintain accurate tracking for customer deliveries, builds in progress, and physical material inventory
• Partner with internal teams to handle RMA requests and replace demo gear modules
• Monitor project plans and schedules to ensure required demo gear is available and projects remain on schedule
• Organize and schedule departmental shared resources and maintain appropriate documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in executive-level administrative support or coordination
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, and report building), Word, and Outlook
• Strong data analysis and compilation skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts and tight deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and self-organize workloads in a fast-paced environment
