Senior Demand Planning Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed demand planning for each area, considering demand and efficient use of the operational workforce per day and shift.
• Optimize the relationship between demand and staffing through capacity analysis, mapping volume peaks and valleys, and backlog projections.
• Monitor actual vs. forecasted volumes (S&OP) and implement contingency plans to mitigate unexpected volume variations.
• Maintain and update resource control tools and operational staffing, mapping trends and promoting team balancing solutions.
• Identify operational improvement opportunities using Lean Six Sigma and generate high-impact analyses for company-wide communication.

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Engineering, Administration, Logistics, or related fields (MBA is a plus).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Python.
• Knowledge of programming and Artificial Intelligence.
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts and Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
• Proven experience in logistics environments and indicator management.
• Availability for onsite work in Lauro de Freitas, BA, with specific shift schedules (afternoon/night).
