Senior Demand Generation Manager

Responsibilities

• Translate GTM strategy and product priorities into demand generation strategies for SolarWinds Observability
• Own mid-to-bottom funnel campaign strategies from consideration to conversion
• Support sales-ready lead creation through retargeting strategies including free trials and interactive demos
• Develop and manage AI agents and autonomous workflows for advanced targeting and personalization
• Partner with SDRs to align on lead follow-up and conversion rates
• Develop testing roadmaps and set clear conversion benchmarks in partnership with the CRO team
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure messaging resonates with IT decision makers
• Own campaign measurement, optimization, and performance reporting using data-driven insights

Requirements

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on demand generation and integrated campaigns
• Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue in SaaS or enterprise technology
• Experience executing campaigns across paid ads, email, web, social, chatbot, and events
• Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms like Marketo and Salesforce
• Experience with tools such as 6sense, Goldcast, Qualified, Outreach, Zapier, or Clay
• Understanding of AI skills, AI agents, and complex workflow automation
• Strong data-driven mindset with ability to connect programs to pipeline outcomes
