Responsibilities

• Own the experimentation roadmap with structured tests across channels, audiences, messaging, and landing pages
• Discover and prove new channels including Connected TV, B2B influencers, Reddit, and AI-answer surfaces
• Build systems to make experiments cheap to run using modern automation tooling like n8n and Clay
• Execute hands-on across various testing channels
• Provide honest measurement and instrument all launches to track results

Requirements

• A few years in growth, demand, or growth marketing
• T-shaped expertise with depth in paid or content syndication
• Bias to action and comfort with ambiguity
• First-principles thinking regarding B2B marketing channels
• Proficiency with modern automation and AI tooling
• Data-driven decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with B2B SaaS or office-of-the-CFO audiences
• Experience with AEO/GEO work
• Experience with PostHog or similar analytics tools
• A portfolio of successful or instructive marketing experiments
