Senior DeltaV Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical authority for DeltaV engineering standards, best practices, and design decisions
• Develop and improve processes, procedures, and templates associated with DeltaV
• Provide training and technical direction to address skill gaps within project teams
• Develop and maintain quality assurance programs for DeltaV systems
• Coordinate with sales efforts by acting as the primary technical point of contact for DeltaV-related client engagements
• Develop proposals and estimates for DeltaV projects
• Assist Department Managers in the hiring process by evaluating technical acumen

Requirements

• Four-year degree in Engineering preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of DeltaV experience
• Ability to architect and design new DeltaV systems
• Expertise in Batch processing and ISA 88 methodologies
• Proficiency in DeltaV Control Studio, Operate, Live, and System Architecture
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (EtherNet/IP, OPC, Profibus, Modbus)
• Understanding of GMP documentation practices and validation lifecycle
• Ability to travel approximately 15-25%
