Senior Delivery Manager/Engagement Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a complex, multi-million-dollar enterprise modernization program.
• Orchestrate knowledge transfer and transition from prior delivery teams.
• Drive validation and refinement of business and technical requirements across functional, integration, data, and governance domains.
• Identify and manage risks, gaps, dependencies, and acceleration opportunities.
• Oversee multiple workstreams and guide workstream leads toward alignment and execution.
• Establish strong program governance, delivery cadence, and reporting structures.
• Partner with executive and C-suite stakeholders to provide strategic direction and program transparency.
• Deliver a comprehensive, implementation-ready solution plan to enable the build phase.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Delivery Manager or Engagement Lead.
• Track record of managing large, multi-million-dollar programs over multiple years.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional teams and multiple workstreams.
• Expertise in enterprise modernization initiatives, including legacy system decommissioning (mainframe) and cloud transformation (Azure).
• Experience with application/platform replacement and Salesforce customization/integration.
• Deep understanding of program governance, delivery processes, and requirements management.
• Strong risk management mindset in environments with overlapping workstreams or accelerated timelines.
