Senior Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple, concurrent complex technology initiatives to ensure high-quality outcomes aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, milestones, and success measures.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Guide and support delivery teams by setting priorities, balancing workloads, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Proactively identify delivery risks and constraints, developing and executing effective mitigation and contingency plans.
• Elicit, document, and refine business and functional requirements through structured analysis.
• Analyze data and processes to recommend practical, value-driven solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical delivery or project management.
• Strong understanding of IT project delivery methodologies, particularly for internal corporate systems.
• Proficiency in project management tools including JIRA, MS Project, Excel, PowerBI, and Smartsheet.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to pivot between roles, such as Business Analyst or Scrum Master, as needed to support delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification.
• Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and enthusiasm for leveraging AI tools to improve process efficiency.
