Senior Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple workstreams including civil, mechanical, electrical, and process upgrades within a live treatment environment
• Ensure projects are delivered to programme, cost, quality, and performance targets
• Champion a zero-harm culture and ensure robust management of high-risk activities
• Build trusted relationships with the client, site operations teams, and alliance partners
• Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary management team

Requirements

• Extensive senior management experience within wastewater, utilities, or complex infrastructure construction
• Proven track record of delivering works in live operational environments
• Demonstrated commitment to safety leadership and positive site culture
• Experience working under NEC contracts and regulated client frameworks
