Senior Delivery Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage the engineering execution and delivery of technological solutions for the ABM and Cash Recycling Unit (CRU) domain.
• Partner with Product Owners, Solutions Architects, and engineering teams to align technical implementation with strategic business outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of engineering initiatives, ensuring high standards for planning, testing, deployment, and operational readiness.
• Coordinate complex engineering programs and lead Steering Committees involving cross-functional teams.
• Ensure platform resilience and operational preparedness through proactive monitoring and root cause analysis.
• Manage project financials and vendor partnerships to ensure delivery remains within budget.
• Coach and mentor Delivery Leads on technical knowledge and industry best practices.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Engineering, Applied Science, Technology, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 10+ years of IT leadership experience in managing data, platforms, or systems.
• Strong knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with GCP, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Proficiency in Java 17 and the Spring Boot framework.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins.
• Strong understanding of network communications (VPN, Firewalls, Load Balancers) and security protocols (SSL, OAuth, JWT).

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified PMI PMP or Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) designation.
• Technical knowledge of Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React, AngularJS, or jQuery.
• Experience with Kafka, Redis, and UNIX shell scripting.
