Senior Delivery Department Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Supervise the goods picking process for customers
• Handle invoicing and route planning
• Organize and supervise team work and the delivery process
• Optimize picking and shipping processes
• Cooperate with transport companies regarding delivery execution
• Ensure operational standards and service quality, including cold chain maintenance
• Perform ad-hoc order picking and preparation for shipment
• Comply with health and safety (BHP) requirements

Requirements

• Minimum secondary education
• Enthusiasm and commitment to daily work
• Availability for shift work, including night shifts
• Experience in a specialist role within distribution (preferred)
• Experience in team management (preferred)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
