Senior Defence & Security Strategy Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead or support large end-to-end projects including development, implementation, and evaluation of solutions
• Work with strategic coordination, direction, and change management
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and act as a trusted strategic advisor
• Produce high-quality analyses, recommendations, and presentations
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and the development of the Nordic defense and security team

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in consulting within total defense or the defense and security sector
• Competence in two or more areas: strategy, project management, analysis, digitalization, procurement, or bid management
• Natural ability to create and maintain strong networks and partnerships
• Ability to work independently and in teams within complex environments
• Fluency in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
• Full right to live and work in Sweden (sponsorship not provided)
