Senior Dealing Analyst

Responsibilities

• Build scripts, dashboards, and analytical tools to sharpen the team's trading edge
• Coordinate and manage the FX trading portfolio across all currencies during assigned sessions
• Monitor market movements, economic calendars, and sudden news events
• Manage risk through positioning and trading within approved limits and policies
• Prepare daily reports for stakeholders and develop improved ways to present key data
• Work closely with senior dealers on trade supervision and risk strategy alignment
• Support ad-hoc analytical projects and operational initiatives to advance business objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a quantitative/IT discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in financial services or the FX/CFD industry
• Proficiency in programming or scripting to transform trade data into useful insights
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Genuine interest in financial markets and market microstructure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with MT4/MT5 trading platforms and bridge systems
