Senior DC/QA Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all incoming and outgoing project documents, including engineering drawings, reports, RFIs, and submittals
• Ensure all documents comply with company procedures, client requirements, and revision control standards
• Upload and manage documentation within EDMS platforms such as Aconex, SharePoint, or Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of the ISO 9001-based Quality Management System (QMS)
• Raise, track, and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) through to closure
• Coordinate internal and external quality audits and maintain QA/QC documentation, including inspection test plans and audit reports
• Prepare weekly and monthly document control and quality status reports for management and clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 6+ years of document control and QA experience within an Engineering Consultancy, PMC, or construction environment
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
• Experience with platforms such as Aconex, Procore, SharePoint, or Autodesk Construction Cloud is preferred
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple project deadlines effectively
