Senior DC/QA Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all incoming and outgoing project documents, including engineering drawings, reports, RFIs, and submittals.
• Ensure all documents comply with company procedures, client requirements, and revision control standards.
• Upload and manage documentation within EDMS platforms such as Aconex, SharePoint, or Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of the ISO 9001-based Quality Management System (QMS).
• Raise, track, and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) through to closure.
• Coordinate internal and external quality audits and maintain QA/QC documentation, including inspection test plans and audit reports.
• Prepare weekly and monthly document control and quality status reports for management and clients.
• Ensure consistent branding, formatting, and quality standards are applied to all company-specific documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with advanced computer skills.
• 6+ years of document control and QA experience within an Engineering Consultancy, PMC, or construction environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
• Experience with platforms such as Aconex, Procore, SharePoint, or Autodesk Construction Cloud is preferred.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
