Install, configure, manage, and support PostgreSQL and KeyDB databases across production and non-production environments
Ensure high availability, replication, backup, and recovery of database systems
Monitor database performance, capacity, and health to proactively identify and resolve issues
Perform query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning for RDBMS workloads
Handle production incidents, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive measures
Plan and execute database upgrades, patching, and maintenance with minimal downtime
Implement and manage backup, restore, and disaster recovery strategies
Participate in 24×7 on-call rotations and support critical production issues

6–8 years of relevant experience in database administration
Strong expertise in PostgreSQL administration and performance tuning
Experience managing KeyDB in production environments
Solid understanding of RDBMS concepts including transactions, locking, indexing, replication, and concurrency
Experience supporting high-availability, production database environments
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, B.Tech, M.Tech, or equivalent
Ability to work in 24×7 operational environments
