Senior Data Visualisation and Automation Executive

Responsibilities

• Support the accurate generation and detailed review of sensitive performance metrics for client market updates
• Deliver high-quality research outputs and build production-ready tables
• Automate outputs within Q and Displayr to PowerPoint and Excel
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize data processes and root cause analysis
• Use programming to support variable creation, recodes, automation, and data wrangling
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, client services, operations, and research teams
• Manage project timelines to ensure all requests are delivered on time

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline
• 2–4 years of experience in a data analysis or research role
• Expertise in research tools such as SPSS, Q, and Displayr
• Coding knowledge in R and JavaScript
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and a self-starter mindset
