Senior Data Transfer Developer

Responsibilities

• Define the architecture and evolution strategy for data transfer tools and integration platforms
• Analyze, design, and plan development of data transfer applications and interfaces
• Develop maintainable, reusable, and scalable solutions optimized for performance
• Ensure efficient processing of complex healthcare data across systems
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver integration solutions
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve data transfer processes
• Promote and enforce best practices, coding standards, and modern technologies
• Mentor and influence team members to improve technical quality
• Communicate technical challenges, risks, and progress to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, software engineering, or equivalent
• 8+ years of relevant experience solving complex technical problems
• Strong proficiency in C# and SQL
• Experience with healthcare standards such as FHIR, HL7, and CDS
• Strong knowledge of data formats: XML, CSV, JSON, SQL, MySQL
• Solid experience across the full software development lifecycle
• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale data integration or interoperability systems
• Familiarity with scripting or automation tools
• Experience working in healthcare or regulated environments
• Knowledge of performance optimization for data-heavy applications
