Senior Data Transfer Developer

Responsibilities

• Define the architecture and evolution strategy for data transfer tools
• Analyze, design, and plan the development of data transfer applications and interfaces
• Develop maintainable, reusable, and scalable solutions optimized for available resources
• Ensure efficient processing of complex health data
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver business-aligned solutions
• Monitor, diagnose, and improve data transfer processes for reliability and performance
• Promote and apply best practices, development standards, and new technologies
• Mentor and influence team members to improve technical quality
• Communicate technical issues and progress to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of relevant experience including complex problem solving
• Excellent mastery of C# and SQL
• Knowledge of healthcare standards: FHIR, HL7, CDS
• Proficiency in data formats: XML, CSV, JSON, SQL, MySQL
• Full software development life cycle (SDLC) experience
• Strong analytical skills and autonomy
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale integration or interoperability systems
• Knowledge of scripting or automation tools
• Experience in a regulated or healthcare environment
• Knowledge of performance optimization for high-volume data applications
