About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead audience insights, competitive analysis, and trend reporting
- Develop measurement frameworks and KPIs for campaigns and social presence
- Oversee measurement strategy across digital, social, and CRM channels
- Build performance reports and dashboards with actionable recommendations
- Create audience profiles using syndicated and proprietary research tools
- Partner with strategy, social, creative, and client teams to ground work in measurable insights
Requirements
- Experience in data strategy and quantitative analysis
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear stories and takeaways
- Strong collaboration across departments and client-facing communication
- Experience developing and analyzing business cases
- Familiarity with GWI, MRI/Simmons, SensorTower, Brandwatch, Netbase, or Quid
- Creative problem solving and hypothesis testing mindset
