Senior Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Serve as a data strategist to identify and integrate new datasets for product capabilities.
• Research and devise innovative statistical models, including advanced AI techniques like LLMs and Agentic AI.
• Implement analytical models and machine learning solutions in production by collaborating with software developers and IT teams.
• Develop, fine-tune, and deploy large language models and agentic AI systems for automation and conversational AI.
• Utilize Azure technologies, such as Azure Machine Learning and Bot Services, to design and deploy AI-based applications.
• Execute analytical experiments and mine big-data stores to solve problems across various domains.
• Analyze data for trends and patterns to provide meaningful business insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science or a proven track record in a similar role.
• Advanced experience in pattern recognition, predictive modeling, and generative AI (LLMs, transformers, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks such as Hugging Face, LangChain, or OpenAI APIs.
• Familiarity with agentic AI concepts and frameworks (e.g., AutoGPT, CrewAI).
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience with cloud data frameworks such as Azure or AWS.
• Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and data mining.
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant quantitative field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Data Science or another quantitative field.
• Experience with Scala or Java.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools like Power BI.
• Professional certification in data science or related technologies.
