Senior Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and deploy machine learning and regression models to solve complex business problems
• Analyze large volumes of structured/tabular data to generate insights and predictive solutions
• Apply statistical techniques such as probability, hypothesis testing, and correlation analysis
• Design and implement end-to-end data science solutions including data preparation and deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert business requirements into data-driven solutions
• Build and maintain data pipelines, models, and optimization frameworks
• Work with cloud platforms such as Azure or Oracle for model deployment
• Implement and maintain MLOps practices for model monitoring and scalability
• Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role
• Strong expertise in classical machine learning techniques and regression modeling
• Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and hypothesis testing
• Proficiency in Python and libraries including scikit-learn, pandas, and NumPy
• Experience working with structured/tabular datasets
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
• Ability to communicate complex analytical results to business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in the manufacturing industry
