(Senior) Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing to advocate for data-driven decision-making and align AI strategy with business objectives
• Lead the development lifecycle of machine learning and AI solutions from formulation to deployment
• Collaborate with data engineers and developers to integrate solutions into production environments
• Stay updated on AI/ML advancements and apply cutting-edge techniques
• Contribute to the global data science community through hackathons and knowledge exchange

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in data science, business analytics, or AI integration
• 2+ years of experience in stakeholder management and communication
• Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning and modern NLP frameworks
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Familiarity with AWS SageMaker, Docker, and Airflow
• Experience with ML Ops tools and integrating models into enterprise systems
• Ability to work with C-suite, product managers, and engineers

• Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business language
