Responsibilities

• Build comprehensive frameworks for understanding how users discover and engage with content and each other
• Design experiments to improve content, social, and creator experiences
• Shape the analytical approach for emerging social experiences and define healthy engagement metrics
• Develop deep understanding of creator and artist success to drive programs and incentives
• Surface insights connecting content, social, and creator dynamics
• Collaborate closely with product, business, and music functions
• Contribute to building strong data foundations

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science roles
• Experience in content platforms, social products, or creator ecosystems
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and statistical modeling
• Experience designing and running experiments
• Ability to derive strategic recommendations from data
• Strategic thinking regarding content ecosystems and platform health
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Self-starter mentality with ability to thrive in ambiguity
• Eligibility to work in the US

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in music
• Experience with creator monetization
• Experience with social products or content discovery platforms
