Senior Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to shape feature roadmaps and design success metrics
• Build efficient data models and high-quality production pipelines
• Develop scalable analytics, ML, and causal inference frameworks to uncover usage patterns and performance enhancements
• Act as an early adopter of Snowflake features and provide design feedback
• Disseminate insights using Snowflake Notebook, Worksheets, Dashboards, or Streamlit Apps
• Influence product decisions and drive initiatives to improve customer outcomes
• Provide reporting for the executive team and board of directors

Requirements

• MS or Ph.D. in a quantitative discipline (Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Economics, Engineering, or CS)
• 8+ years of relevant data science or related experience
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python (scikit-learn, numpy, pandas)
• Expert experience working with large-scale machine-generated data such as logs and telemetry
• High fluency with MPP databases like Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery
• Strong data-driven storytelling skills to influence technical and business stakeholders
