Senior Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI applications, including RAG pipelines and agentic workflows.
• Write high-quality Python and SQL to support data analysis, model development, and system integration.
• Own AI solutions end-to-end, from initial ideation through deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
• Lead technical architecture decisions, evaluating trade-offs regarding model selection, infrastructure, cost, and latency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams in investment management, compliance, and operations to translate business needs into technical designs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering data science, machine learning, or applied AI solutions in complex environments.
• Strong foundation in machine learning, statistical modeling, and generative AI systems.
• Hands-on expertise in Python and SQL with experience managing large, complex datasets.
• Proven experience designing and contributing to production-level AI systems rather than just experimental POCs.
• Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Physical Sciences, or a related quantitative field.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment and collaborate effectively with engineers and product managers.
