Senior Data Scientist, Rider New Products

Responsibilities

• Own incrementality measurement problems and translate launches into causal frameworks
• Lead causal inference initiatives to quantify the impact of new rider features
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Finance on evaluation strategy
• Design and build production-grade measurement systems and causal pipelines
• Create reusable science infrastructure, libraries, and best practices
• Mentor junior and mid-level scientists on experimental design and modeling

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Economics, Statistics, Applied Math, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of applied science or data science experience
• Strong causal inference intuition and measurement expertise
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience with experiment design and counterfactual analysis
• Ability to communicate scientific findings to technical and executive stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience owning open-ended problem spaces
• Background mentoring scientists and raising technical quality
