Senior Data Scientist, Product Analytics

Responsibilities

• Define, understand, and test opportunities to improve the product and drive roadmaps through data-driven insights.
• Work with large and complex datasets to solve business problems using various analytical and statistical approaches.
• Apply technical expertise in quantitative analysis, experimentation, and data mining to develop product strategies.
• Identify and measure the success of product efforts through goal setting, forecasting, and monitoring key metrics.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to influence and execute product strategy and investment decisions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience and a degree in a quantitative field.
• Expertise in data querying languages such as SQL.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or R.
• Strong ability to perform statistical analysis to drive data-informed decisions.
• Proven experience communicating complex analytical results to executives and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in technology, financial services, or a high-growth environment.
• Experience in schema design and dimensional data modeling.
