Senior Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with performance marketing teams to optimize campaigns, budgets, and results
• Roll out Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and build automated budget platforms using Bayesian statistics
• Design and analyze incrementality tests using causal inference to quantify ROI
• Design a unified system connecting MMM and incrementality results
• Develop a Creative Analytics framework and new metrics like creative fatigue
• Improve targeting and bidding strategies using regression models
• Partner with the Applied AI team to support model roll-out and impact analysis
• Work with Data Engineering to create scalable data pipelines and optimize ETL processes

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Data Scientist with performance marketing teams in a B2C environment
• Strong coding skills in SQL and Python
• Deep knowledge of incrementality, attribution, and machine learning deployment
• Experience with experimentation and A/B test design/evaluation
• Experience in Marketplaces or digital business environments
• Advanced English communication skills
• Pragmatic problem-solving mindset and an AI-driven approach to efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with causal inference techniques (geo-lift, synthetic control, etc.)
• Proficiency with Databricks, Snowflake, or Looker
• Experience with Apache Spark
• Knowledge of data orchestration tools like dbt and Airflow
