Senior Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Provide data products, raw data, campaign facts, and growth insights to help customers maximize business goals
• Develop, maintain, and improve global experiment processes to scale standard and bespoke experiments
• Perform data analysis, gathering, and communication of recommendations to stakeholders
• Create custom visual displays, automated reports, and dashboards through queries and scripts
• Validate data from ad exchanges and mobile-app tracking solutions to ensure model accuracy
• Monitor daily campaign performance and partner with sales teams on bespoke client analysis
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to focus on decisions that improve products and client growth

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience working with Python and SQL
• Proficiency in launching, running, optimizing, and landing experiments end-to-end
• Strong knowledge of experimental design, hypothesis testing, regression, and time-series analysis
• Fluency in both Chinese-Mandarin and English (speaking and writing)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize based on business needs
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Ph.D. degree in a quantitative discipline
• Distinctive problem-solving skills and ability to articulate product/business questions
• Proven ability to own projects end-to-end and demonstrate leadership
• Ability to seek out new business questions and scope projects for client growth
