Senior Data Scientist, Marketing

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain robust ETL pipelines for UA data from ad networks, MMPs, and internal systems
• Develop and refine predictive LTV (pLTV) models to optimize UA campaigns
• Explore and develop AI-based systems to answer data inquiries and diagnose pipeline issues
• Contribute to marketing mix modeling (MMM) and aggregate measurement approaches
• Support testing frameworks including geo experiments, holdouts, and incrementality tests
• Partner with Finance and UA teams on forecasting and investment strategies
• Support measurement and optimization of direct marketing channels like email, push, and in-app messaging
• Contribute to scalable dashboards and standardized reporting for self-serve analytics
• Leverage AI/ML tools to improve analysis speed, code quality, and documentation

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in data science or marketing analytics
• Understanding of marketing measurement across paid media, brand, social, and direct marketing
• Familiarity with core performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, retention, and LTV
• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• Experience with cloud data warehouses like BigQuery
• Experience building dashboards in BI tools like Looker
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting brand or upper-funnel marketing measurement
• Exposure to marketing mix modeling (MMM)
• Familiarity with lifecycle marketing analytics or propensity modeling
• Experience with orchestration tools like Airflow or Composer
• Experience working with global marketing teams
