Senior Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across Product, Finance, GTM, Growth, and beyond to translate ambiguous questions into structured analyses and clear recommendations
• Define the metrics that matter, design experiments, and measure the impact of shipped features
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on business-critical questions and proactively surface new insights
• Model data in dbt and partner with data engineering to scale data sources
• Build scalable dashboards and reporting to enable company-wide self-service
• Help shape data team standards, tooling, and ways of working as the company scales

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
• Solid grasp of data modelling and building reliable analytical workflows
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence decisions through data storytelling
• Genuine depth in at least one of: data modelling/analytics engineering, experimentation/causal inference, machine learning, or product analytics

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a product-led or B2B SaaS environment
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, dbt, Hex, or Dagster
• Prior experience as an early data hire at a fast-growing company
