Senior Data Scientist Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end AI/ML solutions, specifically focusing on Computer Vision and OCR use cases.
• Architect scalable, production-ready AI systems ensuring high performance, accuracy, and security.
• Drive adoption of state-of-the-art techniques including deep learning, transformers, and multimodal models.
• Design and optimize OCR pipelines for structured and unstructured documents such as invoices, forms, and contracts.
• Implement MLOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines for ML, model monitoring, and automated retraining.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate complex problems into AI-driven solutions and provide technical thought leadership during client discussions.
• Mentor and guide data scientists, ML engineers, and analysts while establishing coding standards and governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence.
• 10–15+ years of experience in Data Science and AI.
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership or management role.
• Proven, hands-on experience delivering Computer Vision and OCR solutions at scale.
• Strong experience with MLOps and cloud-native AI environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for a highly client-facing role.
