Senior Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced Data Science initiatives from ideation to deployment, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
• Develop, implement, and optimize AI/ML models including predictive analytics, GenAI, LLMs, and NLP.
• Architect data preprocessing pipelines and conduct rigorous exploratory data analysis.
• Own the deployment and monitoring of ML solutions on modern cloud platforms like Databricks, AWS SageMaker, or Azure ML.
• Serve as a technical advisor to stakeholders and mentor junior and mid-level data scientists.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical executive leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science with a track record of delivering production-level AI/ML solutions.
• Deep expertise in Python and libraries such as scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, regression, classification, and deep learning architectures.
• Demonstrated experience applying GenAI, LLMs, NLP, or computer vision to real-world business problems.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with complex relational and non-relational data structures.
• Hands-on experience with cloud data science platforms (e.g., Databricks, AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Snowflake, or Palantir Foundry).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agile methodologies and project delivery tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Experience working with healthcare data and Electronic Medical Record systems (e.g., HL7, FHIR, CCD).
• Familiarity with data architecture and design documentation tools like Miro, Visio, or LucidChart.
• Knowledge of modern cloud-based data solutions such as Azure Synapse, Redshift, or BigQuery.
