Senior Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced statistical modeling and techniques to solve complex business challenges
• Develop and implement advanced data solutions using machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI)
• Design and build machine learning pipelines and models, optimizing performance and efficiency
• Develop and maintain machine learning infrastructure
• Track and document model lineage, versioning, and transitioning
• Lead advanced data projects and develop scalable data science approaches
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior data scientists
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to translate data needs into technical solutions
• Lead training sessions and workshops for clients on technical data topics
• Identify improvement opportunities for existing and new solutions based on business needs

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and advanced analytics
• Expert proficiency in SQL, Python, and R
• Advanced expertise in data analysis and statistical modeling
• Experience designing and building ML pipelines and deploying models to production
• Advanced experience with GCP (Essential), AWS, or Azure
• Competency in propensity modeling, churn analysis, causal impact analysis, pLTV, and MMM
• Familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Experience with pipeline orchestration tools like Dataform, DBT, or Apache Airflow
• Understanding of Google Analytics 4 and GMP Platforms (DV360, CM360, SA360)
• Strong communication and technical storytelling skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Google Cloud Platform certification
• Experience with ETL tooling such as Fivetran or Supermetrics
