Senior Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of models at scale, from discovery and feature engineering to production, A/B testing, and continuous monitoring
• Collaborate with product and engineering peers to turn complex data into real-time fraud prevention solutions
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and knowledge sharing to raise the team's collective bar
• Research and integrate the latest developments in ML and payer fraud prevention

Requirements

• Degree or PhD in a STEM discipline or equivalent commercial experience
• Hands-on experience with deep learning, graph-based, or sequence-based models
• Ability to translate complex ML concepts into practical product solutions
• Experience owning the full ML lifecycle including prototyping, validation, and A/B testing
• Proficiency in writing clean, high-quality code

• Experience in Fintech, Fraud Prevention, or Payments
