About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain AI & Machine Learning models
- Perform data quality analysis and root cause identification
- Work on multiple high-complexity projects simultaneously
- Apply analytics and visualization techniques for business solutions
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and Managers
- Mentor junior data scientists
- Ensure high standards of software quality and best practices
- Perform testing, debugging, and deployment of solutions
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Python and SQL
- Strong experience in Generative AI & Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Deep Learning, and RAG
- Experience with AWS services (S3, Glue, Athena, SageMaker, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading Data Science teams
- Strong statistical & analytical skills
- Experience handling structured & unstructured data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
