Senior Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Understand complex problem statements and implement analytical solutions independently through thought leadership
• Manage and lead a team of Data Scientists while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
• Identify opportunities to leverage client data to drive business solutions and decision-making
• Conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality AI/ML solutions and insightful analysis
• Conduct research, prototyping, and solution scoping for advanced statistical problems
• Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to implement and monitor models
• Deliver solutions across various domains including Customer Segmentation, Churn Modelling, Forecasting, and Recommender Systems

Requirements

• 5.6 to 11 years of experience in core Data Science and Machine Learning projects
• Expert level proficiency in either R or Python
• Strong technical skills in data structures and machine learning algorithms
• Proven experience managing end-to-end data science pipelines, including EDA, modeling, and maintenance
• Demonstrated ability to create efficient solutions to complex business problems
