Senior Data Scientist Engineer

Responsibilities

• Define the data foundation by documenting raw vehicle signals and building automated pipelines
• Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and deploy health-monitoring dashboards
• Build internal tools to automate sample size determination and statistical significance testing
• Develop processes to compute performance metrics for pre-launch baseline analysis
• Take full ownership of projects from inception to delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in a data science or engineering role
• Expert proficiency in SQL
• Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy)
• Experience building dashboards in Tableau, Hex, or Looker
• Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and hypothesis testing
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional engineering and product teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a technical field
• Experience in the Electric Vehicle (EV) industry
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and algorithms
