Responsibilities

• Manage projects end-to-end from proof-of-concept to production deployment and monitoring
• Mentor junior developers through technical guidance and code reviews
• Work with massive datasets involving billions of ad impressions and millions of variables
• Solve non-routine analysis and challenging scaling/engineering problems
• Collaborate with commercial and customer success teams to identify new business cases
• Identify and automate repetitive processes using AI routines

Requirements

• MS degree in applied mathematics or data science
• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in Data Science
• Proficiency in Python or C++
• Passion for automation and data-driven decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven professional experience in a SQL-like language
• Experience deploying machine learning models into production environments
• Previous experience leading technical projects or mentoring team members
