Senior Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Fine-tune open source LLM models for chatbots, question-answering systems, and recommendation engines
• Pre-process and clean large text and instruction-based datasets for LLM finetuning
• Tweak prompts based on specific use cases
• Experiment with different LLM architectures and evaluate performance
• Collaborate with backend and DevOps teams to integrate LLMs into the product stack
• Create LLM inference pipelines to productionize models for multi-tenant SaaS applications
• Pre-train and fine-tune language models for domain-specific STS tasks

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience as a Data Scientist
• Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques
• Proven experience working with large text datasets
• Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
