Senior Data Scientist, Content + Social

Responsibilities

• Build comprehensive frameworks to understand how users discover and engage with content and each other
• Design experiments to improve content experiences, social engagement, and creator success
• Shape the analytical approach for emerging social experiences and define metrics for healthy engagement
• Develop a deep understanding of creator and artist success to drive programs and incentives
• Surface insights that connect content, social, and creator dynamics
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, business, and music functions to drive strategy and execution

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science roles, ideally within content platforms, social products, or creator ecosystems
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python
• Expertise in statistical modeling and experiment design
• Ability to derive clear insights and make strategic recommendations from complex data
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
• Must be eligible to work in the US

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in music, creator monetization, social products, or content discovery platforms
