Senior Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Act in all project stages including conception, data cleaning, exploration, modeling, and testing
• Propose data-driven solutions and improvements using AI algorithms
• Provide direction for research and implementation of NLP and text analysis using LLMs and multi-agent systems
• Plan experiments for testing and validating implemented algorithms
• Prepare models for deployment and define/execute MLOps pipelines
• Stay updated on the latest discoveries in the field of Artificial Intelligence

Requirements

• Experience with machine learning, deep learning, or AI, preferably in NLP using deep neural networks
• Experience with MLOps/DevOps tools such as Kubernetes, Kubeflow, Airflow, or MLflow
• Experience with deep learning model training
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience with Machine Learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras
• Experience with multi-agent system frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel
• Experience creating conversational agents using LLMs
• Knowledge of Linux
• Experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban
• Fundamental knowledge of Algebra, Convex Optimization, and Graph Theory

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering
• Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning
• Familiarity with protocols such as MCP, A2A, etc.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning applications in the Oil & Gas sector
