Senior Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Push the boundaries of AI by prototyping, deploying, and managing Gen AI and Agentic AI solutions
• Stay current on AI technology trends and evangelize new capabilities within the organization
• Evaluate and pilot third-party AI solutions for fit, scalability, and business value
• Prototype solutions to inform future productization and contribute to AI system architecture
• Collaborate on data preparation and synthetic data generation strategies to support experimentation
• Validate AI model performance, safety, and operational readiness before production hand-off
• Deploy and manage AI workflows within cloud environments
• Partner with AI Business Partners to align technical solutions with business needs

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python, APIs, and various ML frameworks
• Hands-on experience with AI orchestration tools such as LangChain or ADK
• Deep understanding of AI/ML systems, including LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases
• Experience building and managing APIs and integrations
• Expertise in Prompt Engineering and Model Evaluation & Design
• Experience with AI Architecture Design and data preparation/generation
• Proficiency with cloud services, specifically AWS or GCP
