Senior Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities for leveraging data to drive solutions by working with stakeholders
• Mine and analyze data using advanced statistical methods to discover hidden patterns
• Develop customized ML/AI algorithms and reusable AI/GenAI/ML/Statistical models
• Translate analytic insights into actionable recommendations for product or business improvement
• Partner with product and engineering leaders to define analytic needs and ensure data capture
• Provide technical direction to team members and independently handle projects
• Develop dashboards using PowerBI to share algorithm results with end users

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in data science
• Expertise in applied deep learning, machine learning, and AI
• Strong expertise in Python
• Experience in data preprocessing, feature selection, and transformation
• Proven track record with machine learning algorithms (Regression, Clustering, SVM, Random Forest, Neural Networks)
• Experience with data exploration techniques (k-means, outlier detection, etc.)
• Masters degree in Statistics, Machine Learning, AI, or Computer Science preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, sales, or manufacturing analytics
• Knowledge of Computer Vision (Object detection/classification)
• Experience with Gen AI (RAG, LangChain, Agentic RAG)
• Experience with API/Web development using Flask or Django
• Knowledge of model deployment in Azure or AWS
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD
