Senior Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Lead custom projects focused on claims-based reporting, Patient Journeys, Market Assessment, and predictive modeling
• Perform advanced data wrangling and transformation on complex healthcare datasets
• Create data-driven deliverables and visualizations to support customer engagements
• Partner with Product and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored analyses
• Develop scalable tools such as solution workbenches and automated reporting systems
• Leverage SQL, Python, and Generative AI tools to drive efficiency and automation
• Mentor and guide junior analysts in coding and modeling best practices

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in data science or analytics roles
• Proven expertise in healthcare data and claims analytics
• Mandatory familiarity with pharma datasets
• Strong programming skills in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn)
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for large relational datasets
• Sound knowledge of statistics, data modeling, and predictive analytics
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and presentation of analytical findings
