About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and deployment of cutting-edge machine learning and generative AI/agent solutions to drive business transformation.
  • Develop, implement, and test AI solutions for the Consumer Auto organization, including supporting vendor-developed Agentic AI models.
  • Advance responsible AI practices by integrating governance, ethical considerations, and security into the model development lifecycle.
  • Design and maintain trustworthy benchmarks and operational performance monitoring for predictive models and GenAI systems.
  • Identify and champion new business opportunities by proposing innovative AI-driven solutions that create tangible value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Quantitative or Technical discipline (e.g., Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or Economics).
  • Minimum 3 years of data science or quantitative modeling experience.
  • Hands-on experience working with large datasets, including text data.
  • Practical experience with deploying Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Deep expertise in statistics and exploratory data analysis (EDA).
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, or R.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting results to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record of designing and implementing predictive models, Generative AI, and agentic systems.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of responsible AI practices and data governance.
  • Experience using GitHub and managing repositories.
  • Master's degree or higher in a quantitative field.
