About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee complaint and servicing data systems to ensure data integrity and precision
- Transform raw data into structured information and actionable business insights
- Cleanse data and scrutinize reports to identify and rectify coding errors
- Gather data from various sources including databases, APIs, and third-party providers
- Create and maintain processes for generating accurate, timely reports for stakeholders
- Design scripts and tools to automatically extract large volumes of data from digital sources
- Develop data dashboards, charts, and visual aids to support cross-departmental decision-making
- Employ advanced statistical techniques to detect, examine, and decode trends within intricate datasets
- Manage and update databases to ensure they remain secure, accessible, and functional
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Math, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related analytical field
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior analytical role
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R
- Experience with Excel and Power BI
- Exceptional analytical abilities to compile and present substantial datasets with precision
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex insights for non-technical audiences
- Ability to travel up to 10%
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industries
- Knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS) processes
- Expertise with Databricks
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field
