Senior Data Quality Analyst

Responsibilities

• Oversee complaint and servicing data systems to ensure data integrity and precision
• Transform raw data into structured information and actionable business insights
• Cleanse data and scrutinize reports to identify and rectify coding errors
• Gather data from various sources including databases, APIs, and third-party providers
• Create and maintain processes for generating accurate, timely reports for stakeholders
• Design scripts and tools to automatically extract large volumes of data from digital sources
• Develop data dashboards, charts, and visual aids to support cross-departmental decision-making
• Employ advanced statistical techniques to detect, examine, and decode trends within intricate datasets
• Manage and update databases to ensure they remain secure, accessible, and functional

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Math, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related analytical field
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior analytical role
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R
• Experience with Excel and Power BI
• Exceptional analytical abilities to compile and present substantial datasets with precision
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex insights for non-technical audiences
• Ability to travel up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industries
• Knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS) processes
• Expertise with Databricks
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field
